Peace Vigils in the South Bay

The following is a list of regularly-scheduled peace vigils in the South Bay and Peninsula:

Mondays: 5 to 6 p.m. in San Jose

Corner of Market & San Carlos Streets, south end of Cesar Chavez Park (near Convention Center Light Rail Station).  Justice for Palestinians weekly protest against Apartheid Israeli occupation, aggression & terror.

Thursdays: 6 to 7 p.m. in Willow Glen

SW corner of Lincoln and Minnesota avenues (Willow Glen) (parking at the bank across the street).  There is a listserve at Google Groups that people occasionally use to communicate. (Just go to Google, click More, then Groups, and type in Willow Glen Peace Action and you will see it.)  Bring signs, banners, friends. Fridays: 5 to 6 p.m. in San Jose

In front of the Martin Luther King Library, 150 E. San Fernando Street. Please join us at the Friday Peace Vigil. 

Saturdays & Sundays: 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. near Valley Fair and Santana Row (Winchester and Stevens Creek, San Jose)

First Fridays of Every Month: 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Main Square, Saratoga Village, Saratoga

Fourth Fridays of Every Month: 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Lockheed Martin gates: Java and Mathilda

We realize the need to speak out about the continued manufacturing of weapons of war that are made in the Sunnyvale plant on the corner of Java and Mathilda.  Please join us and bring a friend or family member.
