Join Bill Wilson Center and others on November 9 for a one-mile walk from San Joseís City Hall to Bill Wilson Centerís Drop-In Center, where street youth find respite, help and support.
November is National Homeless & Runaway Prevention Month so letís raise the publicís awareness levels on the 2,350 youth living on the streets of Santa Clara County, the 13,250 homeless couch surfing high school students and 17,637 community college students experiencing homelessness.
Bring yourself, your family, your friends, your school, your church and your business. This is a great community service opportunity for students. This is a FREE walk and everyone is welcome to participate.
The rally begins at San Joseís City Hall Plaza at 5:30 pm and the walk ends at BWCís Drop-In Center just south of downtown.
